1. Poster Size
Posters should not exceed A0 size (84.1 × 118.9 cm) and must be presented in portrait orientation.
2. Format
All posters must be prepared in English.
Presenters are advised to use sufficiently large font sizes so that the content can be clearly read from a distance of approximately 1–2 meters. Clear and legible fonts are strongly recommended.
3. Poster Display
Each presenter will be assigned one poster board and is responsible for mounting and removing their poster within the designated time period.
Posters should be mounted between 08:45 and 09:15 and removed between 15:40 and 16:20 on August 21, 2026.
Poster mounting materials will be provided on-site. However, additional equipment such as electricity, image projection, or video projection facilities will not be available.
4. Presentation Time
The Poster Session (Poster Hour) will be held on August 21, 2026, 12:00–14:00.
Presenters are required to be present during the assigned session to present their research and answer questions from participants.
5. Venue
The poster presentation venue will be announced separately.
6. Poster Removal
Posters not removed within the designated time period will be removed and disposed of by the Secretariat.
