Invited Speaker Presentation

1. Please make sure to be in the session room and notify the conference staff at least 30 minutes before the session starts.
2. All speakers are NOT ALLOWED to use their own laptop for presentation, the congress will prepare the computer for presenter in each room due to the hybrid equipment.
3. All speakers are encouraged to upload their presentation files to the conference cloud storage in advance. During the conference, staff at the registration desk will be available to assist with uploading or updating presentation files as needed. To ensure a smooth presentation schedule, please upload the final version of your presentation no later than 60 minutes before your scheduled presentation.
4. The session rooms are equipped with a Windows laptop PC and LCD projector on which Microsoft PowerPoint is installed.
5. Each presentation will consist of a 15 minute talk followed by a 5 minute Q&A session.

 

Moderator guideline

Before the Session

• Please check that all speakers in your session have arrived at least 30 minutes before the session begins.
• Congress staff will be available in each session room to provide assistance if needed.
• Please remind attendees to set their mobile phones to silent mode before the session begins.
• Please adhere strictly to the scheduled presentation times to ensure that the session runs smoothly and remains on schedule.

If a Speaker Does Not Appear

• If a scheduled speaker does not appear ("No Show"), please proceed directly to the next presentation. You may use the remaining time to allow subsequent presenters additional presentation time or a longer Q&A session, at your discretion.

During the Q&A Session

• Please invite participants to raise their hands and wait for a microphone before asking their questions.
• If there are no questions from the audience, please initiate the discussion by asking the speaker a question whenever appropriate.
